Where the practice could go.

A breakout of directions — positioning concepts, productized offers, visual identity, signature frameworks, and growth ideas. Nothing here is final. It's a thinking surface: pick the threads that feel true and pull.

01

Positioning directions

Three distinct ways to plant a flag. They imply different clients, prices, and content. The goal isn't to be all three — it's to feel which one you'd defend.

Direction A

The Clarity Partner

"I make complex work make sense."

Broad, human, accessible. Sells the feeling of relief. Wide funnel; great for referrals and SMB / team leads.

  • Easiest to say at a party
  • Risk: sounds like everyone
Direction B

The Process Cartographer

"I map the work so the team can change it."

Sharp, ownable, visual. Process mapping is the spearhead; facilitation & comms are how change sticks. Premium, specific.

  • Memorable, niche, defensible
  • Risk: narrows inbound
Direction C

The Alignment Facilitator

"I get the right people to the same decision."

Leads with the room, not the diagram. Targets leadership teams, offsites, transformations. Higher day-rate, fewer-deeper clients.

  • Premium & relationship-led
  • Risk: depends on network
Recommendation to pressure-test: B as the headline, A as the welcome mat. Lead with "Process Cartographer" for distinctiveness, but let the homepage greet people in the plain language of Direction A so no one bounces.
02

Productized offers

Named, scoped packages sell better than "consulting, it depends." A ladder from low-commitment to deep engagement gives every visitor a yes-sized next step.

Entry · fixed fee

The Clarity Sprint

One week. One tangled process in, one as-is/to-be map + a prioritized fix list out. The flagship "try me."

Entry · half day

The Decision Room

A facilitated session that takes a stuck team from many opinions to one owned decision, with the readout written before everyone leaves.

Core · multi-week

Map & Move

Discovery → mapping → facilitated alignment → a change-comms kit. The full arc, productized.

Core · per deck

Story & Slides

Take a messy idea to a board-ready storyline and deck. Pyramid-principle structure, clean data viz, dry-run included.

Ongoing · retainer

On Call for Clarity

A monthly retainer: a standing facilitation slot + async advisory. Predictable revenue, deepening trust.

Scale · cohort

Map Your Own Work

Teach the method as a workshop/cohort. Productizes the skill, reaches beyond billable hours.

03

Visual identity directions

Three moods, three palettes, three type pairings. The live site above uses Direction 1.

Mood 1

Warm & human

Fraunces + Inter
Editorial serif headlines, clean sans body. Approachable, premium, a little crafted. (in use)
Mood 2

Crisp & systematic

Inter + Space Mono
Grid, blueprint lines, monospace labels. Reads "process & precision" — pairs with Direction B.
Mood 3

Calm & editorial

Fraunces italic + Inter
Quiet, spacious, thoughtful. Signals "advisor / facilitator" — pairs with Direction C.
04

Signature frameworks to own

A named method is repeatable IP: it becomes the thing people refer you for. A few candidates worth developing.

L · M · A · H
The Clarity Arc™

Listen → Map → Align → Hand off. The engagement spine already on the homepage — formalize it as the method.

SEE FRAME
See / Say / Settle

Make the work visible, get it spoken aloud, then decide. A 3-move facilitation pattern for stuck rooms.

The Friction Audit
DIAGNOSTIC

A scored teardown of handoffs, rework loops, and decision delays — the natural lead-in to The Clarity Sprint.

One-Page-or-It-Didn't-Happen
PRINCIPLE

A signature constraint: every process, decision, or deck distills to a single page. Memorable, demonstrable, very shareable.

05

Visibility & growth

How a stranger becomes a client. The offer ladder maps onto a funnel; content feeds the top.

01Attract — teardown threads, a "process map of the week," short LinkedIn carousels showing before/after maps.
02Engage — a free Friction Audit checklist or a "map your own meeting" template in exchange for an email.
03Convert — the low-risk Clarity Sprint as the obvious first paid step.
04Deepen — Sprint → Map & MoveOn Call retainer. Land, prove, expand.

Content engine

  • Show the work: annotated before/after process maps are inherently visual & scroll-stopping.
  • Teach the method: short posts unpacking one facilitation move at a time.
  • Useful artefacts: free templates (SIPOC, RACI, run-of-show) become backlinks & lead magnets.
  • Proof in story form: "a team was stuck on X; here's the map that unstuck them."
  • Repurpose: one engagement → a case note, a carousel, a template, a talk.

Where this site could grow

The current build is the homepage + this lab. A natural next architecture:
